The National Property Management Association (NPMA) will host their annual conference in Orlando, Florida from 7/31 – 8/3. The event is NPMA’s premier conference for property professionals and government property managers from across the country.

A2B Tracking’s sessions at 2023 NPMA NES Conference
On Tuesday, August 1st Peter Collins, A2B Tracking’s CEO, will discuss Why Automation is important for Property Managers. In this session Peter will provide some background context to the FIAR Mandate in order to explain why today’s Property Managers are being held to a higher level of accountability in regards to inventory data accuracy and record keeping. He will also share a variety of ways to leverage automation when tracking and reporting Government property that can save time and labor while providing critical support to better position organizations for audits.
Tracking Assets with RFID
On Monday 7/31 at 3:15pm, Sharrieff Christmas will present at the 2023 NPMA Conference on RFID Tracking for Property Managers. Sharrieff will explain how modern organizations, particularly those managing government property, need to be able to perform fast and accurate inventories and automate their asset management process. Sharrieff will explain how RFID technology – when implemented properly – is providing a much higher level of inventory accuracy and accountability to provide incredible return on investment.
IUID Compliance
Dan Faria and Sharrieff Christmas will host an NES seminar on IUID Compliance on Monday 7/31 at 11am. Defense Contractors that either deliver equipment to the US Military or manage government property need to understand the details of the IUID Policy, MIL-STD-130, as well as the DFARS 252.211-7003 marking and 252.211-7007 reporting clauses. This session will cover the details of what is required in the IUID Policy along with the best practices to maintain contract compliance.
