This release provides significant enhancements to enable efficient counting, tracking and management of Non-Serialized assets with RFID technology. There are also notable improvements in this A2B Tracking Software Update v3.0 that facilitate faster inventory counts and management of items that move to and from events or job sites. Non-Serialized Item Tracking
Users now have the ability to efficiently track and inventory both Serialized and Non-Serialized assets with barcode and RFID technology. A2B has introduced a new functionality that allows users to group together common Non-Serialized assets and manage them as individual assets and as a group. This allows users to provide an update on precisely how many of a particular – but identical – asset they have on hand in a specific location.
Grouping Feature
The improved Grouping feature allows users to easily create lists of assets in a group, or a set, to facilitate the management of these items. This feature provides improved RFID tracking and inventorying capabilities for groups of items within your facility — or as they move to and from events or job sites. Users can now check-out and check-in groups of assets by taking advantage of modern RFID to quickly and efficiently perform physical inventories in seconds.
Efficiency Controls
The A2B Tracking RFID Tracker App v3.0 introduces multiple Efficiency Controls designed to reduce clicks in order to improve software usability and worker productivity. Efficiency controls allow users to establish default settings for faster and more streamlined repeatable processes. Common workflows, like the Check-out/Check-in process, can now establish default settings for either barcode or RFID scanning to immediately move through the process in a fraction of the time previously needed.
Improvements to UC! Web – Government Property Management System
Users of the UC! Web platform will also benefit from many of the same updates mentioned above, although features may vary depending upon their use of RFID. However, the latest release of the A2B Tracking platform does provide significant improvements to Contract Management and specifically adds, among other enhancements, line item descriptions and quantities to the Acquisition Contract Import tool. The A2B Costpoint Integration Agent also benefited from this release to provide multiple improvements and increased functionality for seamless integration with Deltek Costpoint.
